This policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns and refunds for parts purchased from our online store.

2. Return Eligibility & Time-Frame

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of your order.

  • Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted unless under special circumstances (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped).

  • For items that arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt.

3. Parts Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or we shipped the wrong item:

  • Electrical/electronic components (ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, modules)

  • Fluids, oils, chemicals, hazmat parts

  • Items that have been installed, modified, used or removed from original packaging

  • Special-order or custom items procured specifically for you

  • Parts priced under a minimal value (e.g., under USD 8 or equivalent) — [adjust if needed for your market]

  • Items purchased internationally (depending on shipping region) without prior approval

4. How to Request a Return (RMA)

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email or our website’s return form. Provide your order number, part number(s), and a reason for return.

  2. Upon review, we’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions for shipping the part back.

  3. The item must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging, labels and any accessories.

  4. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error or a defective part.

  5. Items returned without an RMA or outside our returned-goods criteria may be rejected.

5. Refunds & Credits

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of whether the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping charges (outbound) are not refundable, unless the part was defective or we shipped the wrong item.

  • If the item is returned because you changed your mind / ordered incorrectly, the refund will be the purchase price minus any applicable fees (see next section).

6. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of 20% of the item’s purchase price may apply for standard returns where the item is unused, uninstalled and resalable.

  • The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or if the item is found to be defective.

  • If you ordered the wrong part, you are still responsible for the return shipping cost.

7. Returns Due to Damage or Wrong Part

  • If you receive a part that is damaged during shipping, missing items/components or is the wrong part, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping (if our error) or advise you how to ship the item back.

  • We will either ship a replacement (if available) or issue a refund as soon as the process is confirmed.

8. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be new, unused, and in a fully resalable condition.

  • Must include all original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation.

  • Parts showing signs of installation, damage, missing hardware, or cosmetic wear will be rejected or subject to additional fees.

9. Installation, Labor & Consequential Costs

  • Our policy covers only the cost of the part itself. We do not reimburse for installation labor, towing, vehicle downtime, loss of use, or other incidental or consequential damages.

  • Ensure you verify part compatibility before installation.

10. Shipping & Customs

  • Please note: For international orders  or cross-border shipments, you may be responsible for any customs, duties or taxes. We are not liable for those charges.

  • When returning an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
